I just checked my profile and realized that I am #20 in Maryland. I am amazed at that. There are 3369 bloggers on activerain in Maryland, so #20 is pretty good. I am not usually one to celebrate point milestones but this seems worth celebrating.
I have not been as diligent lately with keeping up with my blogging but that unexpected surprise has given me renewed focus. I am hoping to crack the Top 15 before too long.
When I first started doing this and my profile was listed on the 100th page of real estate profiles I never even thought it was possible to see my profile on the first page (not to mention becoming the featured agent in my area).
I look forward to seeing this work pay off in the form of good leads and referrals from this platform.

Stacy, congratulations! I remember when my goal was simply to make it to page one for Maryland, and I didn't know if it was even possible. As some of the top people dropped off and I kept posting and commenting, eventually I made it to page one and kept on climbing the page. Kathy is right... consistency is key. Everyoneone ahead of you will not keep posting and commenting at the same rate as you, so you will move on up.
