NearBuy - I-phone application

I recently downloaded a neat I-phone application for real estate.  NearBuy uses your current location and lets you know all houses that are for sale near by.  This is a great tool when you are driving around with clients.  Its also a great tool when trying to figure out what homes in a neighborhood cost.  There is also a map function where you can find homes for sale using certain parameters.

The best part - its free!  I love those free apps!

Stacey, I will check it out. I love their Zillow app, I wonder what the difference between these two is.

I have this app on my iPhone.  When I checked on my listing, it didn't have my contact information.  It directed the consumer to some unknown website!  I wonder where they pull these listings from?  It also missed a lot of listings.  I wasn't that overly impressed with it, but a consumer might view it differently than us REALTORS.  Always nice to know what's out there on any Real Estate iPhone apps.  Thanks for sharing!

I was wondering the same thing as Terri - where do they get the info?? That is a pretty cool tool, though!

Chad - i bet there is a new one coming

Mark, Charlie, Larry - it seems like a good cheap way to get some quick info,

Terri & Mary - I'm not sure where they get the info.  It seems to have more info than the zillow app.

I hadn't seen this app, so I'll have to go check it out.  I currently use the Zillow and Trulia apps though and they've got some cool features as well.

I have this one downloaded, i just havent used it very much. I tend to use Trulia more often. I need to try it a few more times. Thanks for reminding about this app.
